2015 Season

Welcome to returning & prospective members to the 2015 Golfing season. This will be our 16th year of operation and  by all indications will be a competitive and an exciting one!
2014 was a successful season for SPGA and its members and I commend all the board members for their hard work. With the continued support of the current board, I feel that we will have an even better 2015 season.

In particular, I would like to thank Sanjay Ram for all his hard work as 2014 tournament director  . Regretfully, due to work commitment, Sanjay Ram  had to step down from his portfolio and the BOD however he remains as a Life Member  and will continue to help SPGA grow.

A special thank you goes to all our sponsors from 2014 and I am happy to announce that we continue to get support from our key sponsors from last year. Our principle sponsor 
ACI Delivery , 1Bestway and Joseph (Joey) San Insurance advisor will all return for 2014. Satish Ram and Terry  have both  been working hard in the off-season, re-signing possible  sponsors for 2015.

4 key SPGA members are also regular competitors on the local Vancouver Golf Tour. 2014 brought SPGA members  back into the winning  circle on the bigger circuits, namely , Sanjay Ram , Raj Singh, Satish Ram and Peter Jones – all saw success on VGT events. Raj Singh successfully defended his Flight A championship – shooting a two round –
I under par gross score.

I would also like to welcome  Raj Lal to SPGA board and at the same time thank all the existing board members for volunteering their time and effort in running this organization and helping it succeed.

The most important part of this organization is its members, once again, welcome to 2015 season. 2015  looks promising as we have a good selection of golf courses and great competition ahead of us. .Thank you Terry  for doing a great job as the new  tournament director. I, on behalf of the board members, look forward to seeing you all at the golf course.
